By accessing or using ClawZenith, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ClawZenith provides curated skill collections, expert-built agent templates, and priority human support for the OpenClaw ecosystem. Curated skills are sourced from the public OpenClaw registry and tested by our team. We do not claim ownership of skills created by third-party developers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of skills and templates deployed through ClawZenith. While we test curated skills for compatibility and security, you acknowledge that AI agent behavior is inherently variable and you should validate agent outputs for your specific use case.

4. Limitation of Liability

ClawZenith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Curation and compatibility testing are best-effort and do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of curated skills or templates. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
